Instead of slamming an idea completely down. Just leave the possibilities open for the technologies to be created and, or the right programmer to be hired that has the knowledge and skills to be able to accomplish some of these items.

Not a bad suggestion, though I think it would just become NGTH with three more letters. Everything would get closed to that, since it would lessen the 'hurt' when a suggestion is shut down.
