I've always been under the impression that the maximum and minimum heights and weights were decided by position, but while playing around with the player creator today I discovered that they were by position and by arch.

Anyone have a list handy of the maximum and minimums?

Also, subquestion, does anyone know off hand the minimum heights and weights for the VAs (where applicable)?

I know towering man and pass rusher have a height and a weight minimum, are there others?

GLB likes to hide super important information like all of the information about each archetype in the Game Changes Discussion subforums. Because that makes sense.

245 lbs for pass rusher VA and 75 inches for towering man btw.

Heavyweight requires 225 lbs. Pocket Crusher 245 lbs.

Stonewall 225 lbs.

Archetype height/weights were developed with NFL comparisons. At the time I even dumped every single NFL player into a spreadsheet (I think that was the advisory board forum days, too).

Yeah, I'm just wondering why a coverage dot would be shorter than a hard hitter in GLB.

Just a product of your traditional NFL MLBs being bigger guys. Certainly that dynamic has been changing in the NFL in recent years where a lot of the old school MLBs are dropping weight to be faster.
