Bort should scrap all the leagues and just have 16 teams in all of PW. Rather than having a full league in PW just have one conference. Obviously only teams that try really hard and are omgawesome should be allowed to play in such an elite league type. Get rid of everyone else.
After the first season the bottom 8 teams should be taken away from the owners and PW will go with 8 teams the following season. At the conclusion of that season the bottom 4 teams should be eliminated and the season following PW should only have 4 teams. And finally when there are only two teams left have a 1 game season and the team that loses that game should be taken away from the owner. For the remainder of GLB days there will only be one team in PW.
