For the past 3 days i haven't been able to use my VA points on my players. Has this happen to anyone else?

I'm guessing you're restricted from raising a VA above 10 by your level.

From the FAQ
As you level up, the level that your veteran abilities can reach also increases:
From level 25-39, veteran abilities may go to level 5.
From level 30-39, veteran abilities may go to level 10.
From level 40 up, veteran abilities may go to level 15.

Odd, what browser? I'd definitely try disabling greasemonkey and or clearing cookies/cache to see if that solves your issue.

I have click on every VA and i get nothing. I have clear out my cooking and files and still nothing.

Or it could still be turned on. Just because you don't "use" GreaseMonkey anymore doesn't mean the scripts go away on their own. There could easily be an old script that just broke in the past couple of days that's screwing up your VA screen somehow.
Regardless, it sounds an awful lot like a browser problem at your end. Is this only happening on your home computer? Try logging into GLB from work, or from the library, or from a friend's computer. If VAs work on other computers but not yours, that means you have a problem just on your computer, either with your browser or with some sort of weird virus or malware.

Or it could still be turned on. Just because you don't "use" GreaseMonkey anymore doesn't mean the scripts go away on their own. There could easily be an old script that just broke in the past couple of days that's screwing up your VA screen somehow.
