For user run tournaments, It'll still be marked as a ranked game but it will let the owner know that this is a tournament game coming in.

You're getting warmer. The best method is to lure someone in here that's butthurt something they suggested hasn't been implemented. They may love this suggestion but that won't stop them from trying to kill it because they don't want anything implemented before their beloved suggestion.
