Or, at the least, an option to have it remain on or always be displayed. Either works.

I have NEVER understood why it goes away. It's not like it gets in the way or clutters the screen up. And clicking the little "..." box to get it to open back up gets old about the 4th time you have to do it.

Option-based. I don't like things cluttering my screen when I'm not using them. If I wasn't paying attention when the box was there, and it is important, it is pretty easy to click the box to double-check the playcall.

I'd rather option based from my experience's as a scout more than anything. There were times when I really wanted to know what plays and times when I just wanted to see what happened and why rather than know what play it was.

Just to reemphasize on the idea, I would also like it to stay when you press the rewind button on a play. +1
