Depends on what you specifically want. Let's look at the majors and minors for each archetype:

Possession WR
Height / Weight: 6'0" - 6'6", 195-235 Lbs
Majors: Agility, Catching, Vision, Carrying, Jumping (+0.4)
Minors: Speed, Stamina, Confidence (+0.33)
Bonus SAs: Route Run, Sticky Hands
Penalized SAs: First Step, Quick Cut

Power WR
Height / Weight: 6'0" - 6'6", 205-235 Lbs
Majors: Agility, Catching, Vision, Carrying, Strength (+0.4)
Minors: Speed, Stamina, Confidence (+0.33)
Bonus SAs: None
Penalized SAs: None

They're pretty similar... both have 4 of the same majors and all of the same minors. the only differences are that Possession WRs can be slightly lighter, the 5th major is Jumping for Possession WRs versus Strength for Power WRs, and Possession WRs have Bonused and Penalized SAs while Power WRs don't.

So, it all depends on if any of those slight difference turn out to be deal breakers for you. Study the differences and pick the one that best matches up with what you're trying to do.

There's a tendency sometimes to assume that the name of the Archetype determines the type of dot you can build.

Repeat after me: the name of an Archetype is just a name. They had to call it something, right?

Ignore the name. The most important thing to consider is the Majors, Minors, and SA bonuses/penalties for each Archetype, and how they fit with what you're trying to build.

Just for good measure, here's the Speed Archetype info:

Speedster WR
Height / Weight: 5'8" - 6'2", 175-215 Lbs
Majors: Speed, Agility, Catching, Vision, Confidence (+0.4)
Minors: Jumping, Stamina, Carrying (+0.33)
Bonus SAs: First Step, Quick Cut
Penalized SAs: Route Run, Sticky Hands
