yes but don't plan on winning if you don't boost. if you boost you get 70% back. even if you boost you are not guaranteed to win every game.

Not sure which team(s). I know it's happened, though. Ask anyone that's been around PW Gold for any length of time. If I'm not mistaken, Gerr has won PW Gold with a non-boost team.
