not sure if I am just going to retire or give him another chance. He certainly did not turn out like I had hoped. Only has two AE because I moved most points from strength to speed. He was like 155+ strength.

Would the 155 power, 85 speed guy be better than this one?

I suspect there's a lot of PB builders that know better than I but I suspect 155 (total... with eq/aeq) strength is too much overkill at the expense of other, also important, skills. 85 speed doesn't sound horrible... but more never hurts. Not sure you need 68 confidence... would like to see that switched with vision... or even spread out to vision (around 60) and jumping (at least to 1st cap. You know "jumping" is all the rage with PB's now. Give it another season and some nerfing after it's deemed too powerful and it'll change... again.

Get the eq into speed instead of strength and he should be fine

Build's fine, but yeah, equipment should have been in speed. I'd like confidence and stamina to be swapped, and I think you can get more agility or jumping next time with better training efficiency. Believe it or not, Hurdle is a useful bonus SA for power backs with capped jumping. I imagine he's a very effective inside rusher as is, but if you're looking for a bigger role then add more speed on the next one.

If you want to run sweeps which work best with powerbacks you want the breakaway speed. Break 2-3 tackles and take it all the way.

With current setup it more like break 2-3 tackles for 5 yard gain

Keep him if you know of an OC who likes to carry a back specifically for short yardage. Or stick to RPL, and you can still have a lot of fun with that dot.
