I thought i remember reading somewhere that the morale bonus wasnt achieved in full until 20 days after the raise was given, it steadily goes up every day though? Or is it a solid 20 days later?

i see, so if most of the cats were at min salary and had +0 from morale bonus, and now getting the max +10, after 5 days they will have a +2.5 and then so on and so forth...
