Pretty much the way a bugs ticket works. If a user has an issue or subject that they feel may be of topic for GLB Main forum, have them send in the issue or topic to support under the guise that it be posted in GLB main if deemed worthy from support.
Also as a responce to any issues or topics, a user could also send in a response that may add to the issue or topic or even bring up other relevent points of view or interest.
Once support has gone through these GLB Main support tickets, they can then deem which one's are appropriate and censor out the one's that are not.
This will help reduce locked threads that become derailed, and limit the trolling that occures that causes threads to derail.
I beleive this suggestion will do more good then harm to the GLB main forum and perhaps liven things up again.
