What is high enough agility to activate it effectively?

I've seen Agility +10 as a rule of thumb for the run style slider. I do know that Vision factors into the effectiveness of super elusive as well. I personally stay at 99 until Vision has caught up a bit.

Yeah. Without vision, I've seen some dots do some weird stuff when set on super elusive. As for settings, early levels seem to do ok with a setting of 50. Once the agility gets to around 80+, I go to 75 and only switch to "super" once it's above 90 and vision above 50 minimum.

I don't like super elusive on outside plays, no matter what your HB's attributes are. To be frank, I think SE's problems now have nothing to do with attributes at all, and even with 95 agility 10 quick cut 80 vision, you'd still not do awesome with it.

GLB never think there are flaw in choosing running path...
I'm gonna defend GLB a little here as I've seen a lot of improvement of HB decisions over the years. And, I suspect that, there will ALWAYS be a little bit of "bad decisions/pathing" as it relates to failed checks and low skills in certain areas. Still, overall, it's much better than when I first got here.

The thing I quoted is my biggest pet peeve of this game. On offensive plays, I can kind of understand. On STs? Ridiculous. Not trying to hijack, but case in point:
