Warrior General Games

There are a lot of tournaments besides the GLB sponsored one and it would make things alot easier to stay on top of if we could mark a scrimmage as a tourney game. A lot of people will send scrims to be taken seriously even though its a meaningless scrim game.

I have had to PM owners asking if the scrim is from a tournament or if its just to test things out. A simple " T " or " UT" for unsponsored tournament would be nice to have


Edit: Added in the " UT " based on suggestions posted below.

I've always thought there should be a spot for a check mark denoting a Tournament Game on that page !!

yea, all needed is another check box added in the challenge screen:


[ ]friendly is ranked and should be taken seriously(R)
[ ]Results are viewable by the participants only(P)
[ ]Use playoff-style overtime rules
[ ]Enable home team abilities
[ ]Enable salary-based morale bonuses
[ ]This game is an Unofficial Tournament game (uT)

+1 to the OP, and here's another potential suggestion in the case that Bort decides he doesn't want to promote non-GLB tournament games.

Add a small text box (similar to what is on the contract offer page) at the bottom of the Scrim Request page, where the person sending the scrim could add in a note if they wanted. This could easily clear up any confusion on what the scrim offer is all about, and they've already coded it for a different page on the site.
