Is it just me or did everyone throw way more interceptions in game 1 than they did all preseason?

Meh, seems the same.

Of the 4 teams that got >3 INTs week 1, 3 of them were against near-gutted teams (huge talent gap). The 4th led WL in INTs last season and went against an offense that had 56 pass attempts.

In WL there were 1.3 INTs/team on average, which seems reasonable.

Probably seems like more because there were better defenses fired in Wk1 than in Preseason. At least for my defenses I think that's the case.

My guys have been doing those numbers their entire careers. About time the rest of GLB caught up.
