For example I need 1300 more BTs for my day 120 dot to fully upgrade all my EQ. Is there a method I can do to figure out how many more multi trains I can do before switching to light?

l use the VPB and set the number of bonus tokens that I need. It will tell you when you need to switch from multi training to light training in order to achieve your goal.
