To add a co-owner to your team go to the assign GM page and you can do it there.

No.. a Co cannot take out a loan for the team.

no limit to how many times you can own, but after you sell there's a 20 day waiting period to buying a new team (i believe that's still in effect)

you can own 3 regular and 3 casual I believe... so pretty much you should be fine unless you play the game way too much
