Like if you have a prep dot give them the option to automatically reject all offers from non prep teams, or casual teams if they choose and so forth.

LOL

Honestly OP............ it's not all that hard to accept a contract from the right team. You know it does automatically
reject all the others.

Actually, as a team owner, I kinda want agents to have the ability to auto-reject contracts. If my team isn't in the category they're looking for, I send them an offer, and it automatically gets rejected, good. Now I know immediately that they won't be joining my team, and I can move on to someone else.

So, +1.

Yeah. This makes a ton of sense. It'd be even better if the marketplace could be set up in a similar fashion where dots wanting to ONLY play Causal could select that as a preference and then teams looking for non-causal dots wouldn't even see those dots in the screening process. Limiting the inadvertent contract offers. Could also expand to Auto-offers as well.

this makes sense...you can send an offer, if it gets auto-rejected (or you get a message saying "this player is not accepting offers from _____") then you don't have to PM them. saves time.

Yeah what happened is I accepted an offer from a uni team for my prep dot when I meant to reject. It's a center so w/e but I think this would be a nice addition.

Or you can PM the owner Beforehand,

maybe even get to know them a tad bit? Understand them. Check if they will fit in in the team forum.
Understand future plans of the build.
THEN send the contract.

-1 to OP.

I did/do this whenever I send out contract offers. Thing is you're asking now for us to send out exploratory PM's and await a reply before even sending a contract... and we're back where we started, sending out PM's to agents who (hopefully) will reply to let you know you're wasting your time because his/her dots are for casual/prep/whatever. And this doesn't even include those of us who build dots for teams we've promised them to and have to reply to all the PM's and contracts offered that we won't be signing. Something as simply as a drop-down box listing you dot as available for "whatever" or saying dot is comited to a team already. This would save recruiters a lot of time sifting through the marketplace AND from spending unnecessary time sending PM's and contract offers that never even have a chance of succeeding.
