Depends on what you want to do with them.

On the HH: A lot of teams are using a LB built like a DT to help stop the run. If that's what you're going for (which will be your best chance of finding long term work) then you have a good start there, but agility will have to be 3rd. If you're going for a Force Fumble type dot, then Tackling will be more important than strength, which will be easy to do. Just 2 or 3 cap strength and then dig right into tackling. Speed will be your 3rd attribute. Momentum plays a big part in tackling and forcing fumbles so you'll want high velocity on impact.

on the Blitzer:
Good start, assuming you're really intending to blitz with him. SAs with make or break a blitzer, but you'll need the attributes to back them first. For a pure blitzer, you won't need a lot of Vision (60+) but for coverage hybrid build you'll want to hit it 3rd. Tackling and jumping will increase your tackling radius which can turn some hurries into sacks. You'll also want a health dose of strength to help fight off the occasional blocking back. Blitzers can be frustrating because they are so dependent on SAs which you shouldn't put points in until you're L60+ -- resist the temptation.
