The original owner of the Q & A Wiki and data took his site down. The Support Admins are going through all of the Q & A's and are working on inputting the data into the Wiki that GLB owns and maintains.

Not sure. It's taking a little longer than expected (at least, I know my sections are taking longer than I'd expected). But we'll be adding a lot of info from those Q+As to the Wiki pages to hopefully make it easier for people to find the information they're looking for without as much digging.
