No.

PeeWee teams are always PeeWee. Each season they reset. They don't operate in the same tier as the regular leagues. You'll have to buy a regular team (and demote it to Prep)

My pee wee team has a notice asking me to renew it. If I renew it I will be promoted from the copper league to the silver league or even the Gold league which is a promotion to the next level. Perhaps that's what he meant.

Just say no. Peewees should be retired at the end of a season. If you try to move them to real teams, they will always be behind.

You can take the dots on your pee wee team, and buy a sophomore team and move them there.

What he means is, a pee wee dot can't use the 3 initial boosts, when you create on Day 40 to 48. So the dot will be behind, but you can make up for those boosts at the end of the dots career.

Sophomore- but I would wait until Day 44-48, see how the leagues are set, then buy one where you won't get slaughtered every game, unless you are really good with the AI's cause it's only three levels, great builds and an amazing AI can beat alot of teams, even if they are only three levels back.

You need to improve a lot to become competitive anywhere. Read more and ask for help from experienced ones. Not me for sure I only good at low levels

Assuming you built your dots based on a pee wee run than they will not be good for the competitive leagues either. You typically round out a dot for pee wee and you don't want to round out a dot too soon if playing competitive. If you want to play in competitive than I would retire your dots at the end of this season and then buy a rookie team and start over. Rookie teams move up the ladder like you are wanting.
