Not unsalvageable. You need to really concentrate on your primary skill from the start until you get it up to around 80-90 natural. Then you can consider what skills next to attack. And are you multi-training yet? Also noticed you spread out your EQ points. Not sure if that's a good idea. Most people put all their EQ into one skill. I wouldn't put anymore SP's into stamina or anything but speed if that's the primary skill you've chosen to attack first. Just build that up for now.

I used a little bit of SPs for agility but the rest have gone into speed I was told that splitting EQ into agility and speed wasn't unheard of for a pass rushing de should I be multi training with speed and agility?

Splitting eq for a pass rushing DE is ok. Your most important attributes will be agility, speed and strength. If you have 25 SP you should take speed to 73 ASAP. Then just continue with it, a bit of a bummer that you put points in agility now. Allways when you have the SP to get to the next cap do so, just train between... You should be multitraining (4 attributes) by now

Truth. And while splitting your EQ up isn't a bad thing, just keep in mind you can reset your EQ every season at the start so if you don't like where you've got it, you can always change. Eventually, with 3 or 4 AEQ, you won't have but one or two pieces of EQ left to adjust. And you can't reset your AEQ like your EQ so be really smart and careful what you choose when rolling/building your AEQ.
