I forgot to enhance speed early

Build is closed, so it's hard to give you an answer, but probably the best way to go right now is to just load your current SS-build as-is into the Virtual Player Builder and start running build scenarios. Try to find out if there's any way you can start pumping Speed again, using Skill Points and/or Training, without hurting the rest of your build too badly. It could be something as simple as just enhancing the fuck out of your Speed training right now and keeping it in your Multi-Training longer than you planned.
Also, where is your natural Speed at right now, without Eq or VAs adding to it?
Probably no way to catch up entirely at this point, so consider this to be a salvage operation. But since it's a salvage operation now, that gives you some freedom to consider ideas that under normal circumstances would be mind-blowingly stupid.

Hmm, not bad, Your end speed will be 99.1 if you don't train it or add sp in.
Just keep training speed, a little inefficiency won't kill your dot.
And you should work your second attribute first, in your case it's agility, so pump agility more faster than others.

It looks like it you get 4 AEqs full in Speed and Track Star, you'll hit 160 Speed with just ALGs from here and that should be fine.
