We can see when a person hasnt been active for two or more days as a team GM, but why not add onto this and allow us to track the agents activity across their history?

we have some insight into wheter an agent will be on every day of the season or not by how many players, teams, etc they have, but if we could also see some sort of

- Last Season Activity- 95%-

that would make team owners more confident in signing that agents players

Or talk to them before you sign.

Well I understand their is communication in a good team but a person can tell you anything they want, just thought this extra agent information would be a cool idea

How does this help agents who can only sign on every other day?

Im assuming they would have somewhere around a 50% rating?

If you signed on every other day, you would be 100% active. You don't go inactive until 3 days.

And for those of us that used to be extremely active and then took a break from the game? Im making my return after a 3 year break.

^^ he stated as if it would be something that would rollover after every season.

So only your last season's activity would matter.

Having come back form years past you'd only have to explain inactivity for one season then it would be real.

I like this idea, I think it would be useful.

Yea well what I was thinking was season to season not career long

I stopped playing around season 13 and just came back, in no way would I want an incredibly low number. just on a season to season basis.

and as someone mentioned it could be based off inactivity not every day use.

Also, you're still gonna have to do the leg work sometimes because many team forums have a thread for "vacation/going away" so agents who HAVE to leave the game for a little while can post there. This suggestion couldn't take that into account so you'd have to still send a PM and ask "why" if still interested in an agents dots but his "activity" doesn't quite meet your criteria.

You guys with reasons not to implement this all keep looking at this like it is some way of providing proof that an agent is inactive via some number, I think that if you take the same suggestion and understand that it instead could and would be used as a means for an active agent to prove that he is indeed active.

Of course people will have excuses for being inactive, just like people all have promises of activity...

This suggestion is merely just a way for someone to prove their activity, and otherwise the agent->agent transaction remains the same.

The only real issue I see with this is that people who do go inactive quite often would disapprove of this suggestion simply because they'll likely get less quality offers for their doomed dots of doom, and while I'm sure heartache could occur-I don't see where they would really have justification in their complaint.

Meh, -1

If the user is inactive enough to affect their dots, it will show in their effective level.

If they aren't, it really isn't any of your concern.

I see almost no downside but just an opening for more people to be assholes about something.

I agree that it will show up in the dots EL but when you are recruiting it would be nice to have additional indicator beyond just the players numbers. I would take an active agent at the lower levels over an inactive with a little bit better build.

This would also give the agents an indicator for teams they are thinking about joining. Not only looking at the activity level of the owner but if desired, it would allow for a review of the team as a whole.

Also, considering that being an asshole is normally an inherent character trait, having this out there will not really move the bar that much to change that fact. An asshole gonna show his ass. Now, if we could only figure out a way to have an asshole indicator.

I would use this if it was available as an owner and for placing my players. So, +1.
