Is there any reason anyone would want a position, and offense, a defense, ST's , the entire team playing at any other intensity then Hard?

Only use I could think of is if an owner was really worried about his team's Stamina. But really, though... playing with low energy due to low Stamina means a cut to your player's abilities, while playing on Low Intensity to save energy means... a cut to your player's abilities.
Seems to me it's probably simpler to just play on High Intensity and get your Stamina up.

Originally it was used to counter training which had a drag on energy, but not sure why we need light at all. I can almost see justification for normal for certain teams that don't have STOPS for special teams. but other than that I don't see the point.
conspiracy theorist in me believes it doesn't do anything anymore to set it
I've had players do very well despite accidentally being on normal. Have never even tried light on any player ever.

I use to have my dots set to light durring the preseason. and then I'd turn them up around the 3rd game or so. But that was a long time ago

I've often wondered about using a lower setting when dots are really low level since their stamina is SO sucky at those real early levels. Might stop some late game spirals? Never seen nor heard of it done so I just don't know... but it might be worth a shot someday by some adventurous team owner/coach. At LEAST on ST players, maybe... since those are usually stamina drained by halftime.

It isn't. The penalty for playing on 10 energy with hard intensity is the same as playing with 100 energy on relaxed intensity. The only reason anyone used relaxed back in the day was to get more plays back when those used to affect xp.

so how about the breakdown of normal to hard comparison. Any idea?
