For example---An OT that is primarily a run blocker has a penalty applied to the special ability "pass block". Is this penalty a percentage or is it a point penalty as in a 2-3 point penalty and then it's okay.(probably percentage). Does anyone know what percentage the penalty is? Is it even worth bothering to try to work on that special ability?
