What are the deadlines for stadium construction for season 34?
Does construction need to be ordered by end of Season 33 Day 48 to apply for next season ticket sales?

Section construction has to be put in tonight. If you put it in tomorrow it won't be completed until turnover from S34 -> S35.

Seat construction can happen at any time. It's completed instantaneously.
