It says I can't boost my peewee-er in previous season before new season starts, Why would anyone join a peewee league if you want to boost your players?

People want the upper hand and win over non boosting teams, I have always said they should make the pee wee league a non boosting league, since it's a one and done league, it would probably be much more popular if they didn't allow anyone to boost in it, since it would be evenly competitive.

Pee Wee is really meant to be its own, stand-alone sort of thing, and it's intended to be one-and-done. If you intend to keep your player beyond the first season, Pee Wee is the last place you want your player to be in. Just join a Rookie team instead of a Pee Wee team.
It's very, very difficult -- probably impossible, actually -- to build a dot who can excel in Pee Wee without that same dot sucking at the end of its build.

Right you are OP... not till the New Season starts will the system allow you to boost. Everyone just waits till
they can and then boosts on up.
I owned a PW team for many seasons and we never did boost. It was mainly just for fun and trial and error in
building for the Agents. There are plenty of PW owners and builders that do take it all very Serious tho.

I Always agreed with this CN... wish they did.

SOB, OH WELL
Don't feel bad. My first several seasons of GLB were spent in PeeWee learning about everything. There's a LOT to learn to do it right. I always say if you're rich and don't care about how much you spend on flex, you can just wade into the deep end of the pool and go crazy until you figure out how to swim. I was glad to get some cheap lessons first.
