Add a T.O. marker to the replay screen.

I was thinking up by the teams name and score on the replay screen put something like "Timeouts" and under it a simple dot and as the teams use their T.O.'s a dot is removed.

Makes it easier to know how many we have left as we are watching the replays.

I wish there was a setting that would allow us to skip timeouts and false starts.

Simple might be good... but hardly makes it implementable. This forum is a graveyard of "simple" things that are now awesome dust collectors.
