Would you boost in this offseason for a season 34 Rookie team or would you wait to boost?

I boost'm on D48 of the 'creation season' and then on D48 the following.
Some people pass up on the 'creation season' boosts.

Almost everyone agrees that you should boost on Day 48 of your creation season (assuming you made a dot somewhere between Day 40 and Day 48). Call that "Season 0."
-----------------------------
For the next season, your first full season ("Season 1"), there's several schools of thought.
One school of thought is that you can absolutely maximize your training gains by waiting to boost until Day 48 again.
However, you can also wait until after Game 16 of the regular season has been played and then use your boosts on Day 32 or Day 33 to boost up from Level 15 to Level 18. This will allow you to get in one last Eq upgrade and possibly even cap an attribute just in time for the playoffs, with only a very small hit to your training efficiency. Keep in mind, Level 16 is the point where your per-game XP drops from 625 to 500. So if you boost up before Game 16, then you'll only get 500 XP for that last game instead of 625 XP, and that can hurt you in the long-run. So that's why you have to wait until after Game 16 has played before you boost up... that way you'll get the maximum XP possible. And remember, XP-wise, it doesn't matter what level you are in the playoffs, because playoff games don't give you any game-XP at all.
Yet another school of thought for "Season 1" is to only boost once or twice on Day 32 or Day 33 (again, after Game 16 has been played) and save your remaining boosts for Day 48. The thinking there is that you only need to boost once from Level 15 to get the Level 16 Eq upgrades, and you might only need to boost once or twice to be able to cap an extra attribute for the playoffs. If you don't need your second or third boost to get to that next cap, then you might as well boost just enough to cap up and then save those remaining boosts for Day 48, which will give you a slight edge in training efficiency. Kinda of a "best of both worlds" solution.

i always figured the training difference in boosting from day 33 instead of day 48 was super minimal,
so long as im not training the major im spending the SP on, and mainly minors in general over those 4 multis

Why would you NOT be training the major you are spending the SP on?

Yeah, at the end of your first full season, you should still be training your first full attribute, either as part of your multi-training or training it singly, depending on your build strategy. (I prefer to be multi-training by that point in my dot's build.)
That said, the difference in your training gains is going to be small between boosting 3x on Day 48 versus boosting 3x on Day 33 (after Game 16). So it just comes down to your personal preference in how you want to build your dots. If you're going for the absolute maximum most supremely-awesome efficiency in your training, you'll wait 'til Day 48. If you're willing to make a small sacrifice to your training efficiency in order to gain an Eq upgrade and an extra attribute cap for the playoffs, you'll boost after Game 16. It's entirely up to you and your preferences for your own dot.
On my own team when we reached this point at Level 15, I gently encouraged everyone on my team to boost after Game 16, but I made it absolutely clear that I had no problem with anyone waiting until Day 48. Some guys boosted early, some didn't, and some split their boosts as mentioned above, and we got a silver trophy. Fine by me.
Of course, if your dot isn't even in the playoffs, might as well wait until Day 48.

Did your team win any trophies this season? Wait...I forgot....we knocked you out of the playoffs

Obvious questions is obvious... did you guys boost after Game 16 in your first season, or did you wait until Day 48?
EVERYTHING RIDES ON THIS ANSWER.

3/4 of the team boosted when we hit the 6 cap. We had our training sitting at 90-95% and when we hit the 6 cap we used our boosts to go right to the 7 cap and then started training again. The rest waited til day 48.

Damn, so we basically did the same thing then.
Dammit, that means we can't blame our loss on boosting strategy... had to've been gameplanning then.
