PeeWee resets each season. Essentially every season starts new with new 0 days old dots.

Rookie is part of the regular leagues. The team would auto-promote up 1 tier each season until they got to Regional Pro (and had to earn promotion)

If I am playing in PeeWee I build differently than I would for a Rookie League team. PeeWee's are a short career so to do best in that league it is best to make your dot a more general build - never taking a skill past say the 2nd cap (60). If you do make your build more general and work on a lot of skills in your first season, you will mess up your dot for the future, however.

I wouldn't say you can't build your dot for the future in Peewee's - just saying that if you want to win it is best to do that in PeeWee. There is nothing stopping you from playing your first season in PeeWee and then signing to a regular league after that first season.

Rookie dots are built to one day perform at 76 or 79.
Peewee dots WONT make it past 16 because you retire every season.

Rookie is built for the long term success (which leads to linear 1 sided builds for the first 2 or 3 seasons ish)
Peewee builds the most mature players possible in the shortest amount of time.

false information.

you can still build long term peewee dots. is it the best route? no but it can still work out okay.

Garbage.

You have to sell out for one or the other to have any success.
Besides you won't get the high end primary if you build PW style throughout the whole career.

I should have specified, that those 4 scenarios were for the most success possible.

Sort of correct. You can play in PeeWee's and not sell out your build as you should. The PeeWee team will suffer because of it, but your dot won't. Still, you'll always be 3 levels behind all other dots your age (those who went Rookie and boosted before start of season) until you hit plateau. While it seems a minor inconvenience... it's kinda tough to find teams that'll sign you due to leagues being "age" specific. Back in the day of this not being true (leagues were level specific), it wouldn't be a problem at all.

What'd I mess up? You can't early boost a PeeWee dot like you can a Rookie dot... so it stays 3 levels behind, right? At least until plateau.

They catch up over time as the guy who boosted that first offseason hits the experience drops sooner. You got confused because the guy who doesn't boost the first offseason gets 'caught' at level 70 when the other guy is caught at level 73.

I did make playoffs in PWG with my Dharma Initiative dots and then take those same dots to win five Gold.Gifs in minors (three in Elite) and then win a Silver.gif in Pro and go on to lose only 11 games in the WL with those dots.

It is possible, but it required a perfect storm of circumstances, including the "great AEQ exchange", which allowed me to get excellent 4AEQ pieces on many of those dots and the player age shift allowed my dots to earn a lot more VP than they would have AND they still got to boost to 79 and get the 20 bonus SP.

(Had STs not been nerfed, I might have even made WL playoffs, as I lost most of those 11 games by less than 10 points.)

I don't think any other team could do what I did in the current sim, because those circumstances just wouldn't come together like that ever again.
