if my team demotes to start over at rookie does chemistry also re-set? is at 46 right now since all contracts expired

If I remember correctly, demoting to rookie got you 70s and a chemistry freeze.

yep...looks like does go to 70 (and you even get the one day boost from 70 to 71 on the day of demotion)

doesn't say "Grace period" like when you buy a new team, but signing guys hasn't caused any loss of chemistry, so i assume there is something similar in effect

Signing dots level 5 or lower doesn't cost any chemistry.

Looks like if you demote that anything under 70 is brought back to 70, anything over 70 is left alone. Not sure if that is as intended but it's what i'm seeing on rookie teams right now.
