Want to know if its worth my flex to just dive into gold now, or if i should spend a season in silver.

so i basically used that time to scrim some teams and get good PW looks, and refine builds etc.etc.

Also all PW ragers or people who have some strange grudge against low level dots don't even bother to comment.

It's been a while since I participated in PeeWee, but it seems like all the actual 'talent' in terms of being good in the PeeWee arena has clustered in PeeWee Gold. Anything outside of that is a mixed bag. You'll get a bunch of CPU/easy wins even in Silver (not as bad as Copper, though).

If you could get to Gold I would say that would be the most challenging and fun from the PeeWee perspective. Not that you'd steamroll the competition, but you'd get the play with the "best".

And if you were thinking of buying that team, they are going to demote from Gold.

Dunno about the team demoting. PW has a pretty high rate of gut jobs. If the team is human owned there is actually a chance it stays in gold. Trust me, I've seen some pretty terrible teams with poor records not get demoted.

As far as Silver, it's really not much more difficult than Copper now for the most part. PW overall has declined pretty badly.

None of the leagues (including gold) are near what they used to be. In Gold if you put together a decent team you're most likely going to pull off at least a .500 record. In silver, it doesn't take much to get a home playoff game. Copper, you just have to have a pulse.

My Silver conference this season was easier than any copper league I've ever been in, only one other competitive team. Not all Silver conferences are that poor.

Gold is on the rise, there is a lot more talent there than in the last 5 seasons or so. I'm just not seeing a ton of gut jobs this season. An 11th place team picked up third place in the tourney and knocked out peewee's best team. Just shows that you can not just autopilot and expect to beat the middle teams anymore. Silver is weak but there are quite a few strong teams that will promote this season.

I bought one of the two available CPU teams in gold yesterday. There are a couple more that are basically CPUs that are human owned. I don't know about it being on the rise, tbh. Looks about like it has for the last few seasons.

I love how all the forum people hate each other

Basically, gold has all the talent, although you might find a good team here and there in silver.
