Hi there,

I posted a question about this a month or two ago, but I just can't find it now.

My Kicker has been training 4 way multi as early as he could. I've now got his 3 Major attributes (Kicking, Confidence, Strength) to where I want them to be (Equipment and AGLs will take care of the rest) so I don't want to train them anymore.

So, do I spend 30 BTs to add another attribute to Multi-Training (probably add Speed to his three Minors I've been training Vision, Agility and Jumping)? Or do I stop 4-way multi-training completely at this point?

And if I do, do I go to 3 way multi-training, or just start training individual attributes (either Normal or Intense)? Are there comparison charts out there to show how 3-way multi matches up against Normal or Intense training?

Thanks...

J.

Your K is only 111 days old, so you still want to be 4 way multi training for at least the rest of this season, and all next season.

Also, this may help - https://sites.google.com/site/glbmandyross/training_hotspots

Cool, thanks for the link...

But what do I keep multi-training on? Right now he's gonna end up with Kicking at 155 or so, Confidence will be in the low 90s and Strength will be around 90. Unless I'm missing something (very possible!) I just don't need to train those attributes any more. Is it worth spending BTs just so I can 4 way multi-train with Speed, which isn't even a Minor Attribute for a kicker?

When I build my boomer kickers I aim for 160 kicking, 97ish for strength, 90 for confidence and vision, 61 for agility and jumping, then around 30 for stamina and speed.

I unlock strength, vision and confidence, use kicking in the free slot, then replace kicking with agility, then jumping.

My kicker of the same age is going to have 4 AEQ and is still quad training the main 4, but kicking is almost done -

How many pieces of AEQ are you going for? That will ultimately drive how long you can multi-train. A K/P can legitimately make it with only 2 and you could conceivably multi-train for nearly your entire career.

For example, http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2493487

Not the best build out there for a K or P for sure but don't settle for low 90s for your 2nd attribute? Push for high 90s on your 2nd, mid-90s for your 3rd, and nearly 90 on your 4th.

Not to turn this into a P swinging contest, lol - http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2486615

Remember also that when you plan to stop training your main attributes you need to time it out so they end with as close to 99% training as possible.
That way when he hits level 73 you can start saving training points. Save ~10 tps and boost him, then train the 99%'s over and get them as high as possible with ALG's.

Thanks everyone, that all makes a lot of sense. Looks like I was settling on too low a final figure for my 2nd and 3rd attributes.

I plan to have 3 AEQ (one for each of the three SAs). What's the 4th AEQ you have lexden11?

Thanks, and YNWA...

Stick with 3 AEQ for K/P. Honestly the extra 3 kicking/punting you get from the 4th AEQ doesn't justify it. And of course the SAs are only the 3 (which you likely well covered with your first 3 pieces + CEQ).

You could likewise go 2 AEQ on a K/P.
