I see some CPU teams do ok in leagues, and some are terribad.

CPU dots have their abilities adjust to the average level of dots around them. Their is also a penalty if you have more than 10 CPU dots I believe.

on a team's page click the little Scout Team link next to their team name, it will list all players with their levels even CPUs ¯́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́ ¯́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́́

The levels listed for CPUs mean nothing. whodey was correct in saying that they adjust to the abilities of the opposing team.

not sure if this is 100% true...if a team of all CPU players plays another team of all CPU players, the levels seem to have an effect.

This is true. If the CPU dots don't have a human dot to emulate they'll play at their actual level.

That makes sense, so it probably doesn't happen on GLB.
