Transferring one of my DAIs the night before a playoff game. This was back when we had to use the script and make the AI we wanted to move active. After I transferred the AI I forgot to make ghuffman's active again. We lost in the first round because we were using basic defensive tactics. We were the favorites to win that league (had won gold the previous season and were tearing everyone's asses up).

Worse decision I ever made was not letting the Kampers beat me in said game, because then maybe merc would still be alive...

Trying to use my all Goal line gimmick O in the playoffs because I thought it would be funny to win with it and troll the team we beat. We lost, but it worked out because I was still able to troll myself for trying it.
