-10 minutes means the game is 10 minutes behind. LB's at the lower levels wont get any kind of stats to be excited about. I see you are a brand new agent so feel free to ask lots of questions because there is a lot to learn!!

Typically a game will finish somewhere between 30 minutes before its scheduled time and its scheduled time. There are circumstances (happening with a bit for frequency recently) where sims can be late. If a sim is 2 hours late, contact support.
