You have two choices:
1.) Promote up to Prep like normal and keep your cash and stadium.
2.) Reset down to Rookie and lose your cash and stadium.
Those are your choices.

You always lose the cash and stadium when you demote in the age based leagues.

This^^^ ... but it's not the end of the world, man. Just consider this season a learning experience and that it'll make your new team better because of it.

And when you do demote down.. be sure and take out that loan, put sections on the Stadium and pay Min Salaries.

This for a fact and find players who will boost to 4 the end this season and have and follow a build guide in place if you want to make and create a serious team to advance.
