Warrior General Games

I want to run a practice model for next season where we will draft positions instead of having multiple teams using the same teams. This will allow me to test things out.

Basically draft a team using this link. you CANNOT pick the same team more than once. You can trade out teams after 4 games have been played. (Next season you will be able to juggle your roster since you will have a bench)

This will be scoring for this season, next season it will be head to head.

All TDs 6 pts
QBs score 1 pt every 25 yards passing
Hbs score 1 pt every 10 yds rushing or rec, 1 pt per receptions
WRs 1pt every reception, 1 pt every 10 yds rec
TEs same as above
DTs and DEs 1 pt every hurry, 2 pts sacks
LBs 1 pt every hurry, 2 pts sack, 2 pts INTs
CBs 1 pt every Deflection, 2 pts for each sack/INT

We'll start week 9 to give everyone time to make their picks

Rules for next season
Draft
We will roll dice on a live chat server to roll dice for the draft order.
Draft order will be snake, draft last in first round you draft first in next round
You will need to draft a team position for the following positions:
1 Team QB
1 Team HB
1 Team FB
1 Team TE
1 Team WR

You may draft 2 at each position but that is the Max. You will have 10 team players on your team

Starting Rosters
You will have to start one of the following
1 Team QB
1 Team HB
1 Team FB
1 Team TE
1 Team WR
1 Team Flex (1 of any position above)

All rosters have to be in one hour before game time. When you change your roster a time stamp is recorded. If you do not submit a new lineup your last lineup will be used until a change is made.

OK well after running this the first time, one thing stands out, Defense is way too hard to add into this. what I will do is set up more offense. I used only offense this week. Also keep in mind next season we will be drafting team positions so say team X had Gold Test Squads team passing, no other team could use them. Also you will have a bench and can sub at end of game 3, end of game 6, end of game 9 and end of game 12. I'll work on adding the rosters to show stats as well as the points.

I plan on adding the actual stats on there somehow. I'm using this season to test run a few things. Next season it will be head to head.
Problem with using 1,2,2,1 is most teams wouldnt have a bench if we did it that way. This is why I was thinking using a flex spot. When teams start drafting and say we have 14 teams, that is 28 teams used up at a position (If we use 2) then only a few teams would have a bench player at that position. Make sense?
