you can first cap is at the mid point in the build and it'll carry you somewhere close to the 2nd cap. Either way... they'll be sufficient.

8th capped speed moving on to capping Agility, catching, but once I first cap vision just let it ALG or train and cap it some more?

You might check out "circle capping". It seems to be something slowly catching on.

I'm not an amazing builder, but i'd say second cap it and then let ALG's take care of it. You get more total vision that way and vision is a very underated attribute, for every position

well....i don't know if it's "overrated". It surely is misinterpreted by many as to its usefulness. A safe spot is second capping it on just about any build outside QB (obviously higher). However signs point to higher is better. It is just a factor of what are you giving up to take it to another level or what are you taking to another level that vision can indeed be left behind?

I think it's an investment waste to second cap it. I have no problem with single capping it early and letting it carry into the second cap though... which considering most quad training setups, it almost forces you to do this.
I just want to caution those that sacrificing speed or catching or even agility for vision is just moronic.

taking vision to the second cap is going to be sacrificing carrying if anything. Unless you are taking speed beyond 100 natural or taking all 3 of speed/agility/catching to the 100 range.
I think personally if you are the slot guy vision should definitely hit second cap if not more. i will probably be sacrificing carrying on them for vision close to 70ish.

what is your take for vision on oline? specifically Cs and Gs. im currently about to rollover to 57 with 6 ALGs left, should i just leave that bad boy and let ALGs take care of it?

well...I can tell you I have had as high as 90 vision on an oline and as low as soft capped. I would say 60ish is probably a perfect spot given the need for extreme agility/strength and also high blocking. But it is really tough to judge vision on the oline based on my past experiences with it.
