Is there anyone willing to help out a relatively (2nd season) new Owner setting up the STs? While I was able to improve the STs using advice I got here, I still seem be losing the ST battle every game.

Please use the teams looking for players forum to search for GMs for your team. Specifically, there is a subforum for finding GMs. You may also want to browse the corresponding section in players looking for teams, where some people advertise their services as GMs and coordinators.
