Allow the offense to go for 2 any time in the 4th quarter when the difference is just 2 points. Can be pretty frustrating down 8, score a TD and forced to kick the xp. Then trailing by 1 for the rest of the game.
Just asking to allow the 2 pt try when a 2pt try ties the game, and only in the 4th quarter.
EDIT: Jelly brought up another good point. When leading by 1 you should be able to go for 2 as well in the 4th. No reason to be forced to kick the xp to go up 2. FG still does you in so a 2 point try there just makes sense.
