Click that
Then check "allow insta scrims"

I think you have to also click "update" at the bottom before leaving that page also

All that will do is allow other people to send YOU insta-scrims. It has no bearing on your ability to challenge OTHER teams to insta-scrims yourself. I have "Allow Insta-Scrims" turned off on my own team, but I can schedule Insta-Scrims with other teams just fine... they just can't schedule any with my team themselves.

Are you trying to do a regular scrim or an insta-scrim?

If you want to schedule a regular scrim, you have to start by going to the team page of the OPPONENT you want to play against. Right under the team name, you'll see a set of grey tabs... the tab all the way at the end is "Friendly Challenge." Click on that, then select a day, time, and options for your scrim, send it off, and wait to see if the other team accepts.

If you want to schedule an Insta-Scrim, you have to do that from YOUR team page. Scroll down to where it lists your team's Scrimmage Games... right next to the words "Scrimmage Games", you'll see "(Find Opponent)". That's a link: click on it. That will take you to the Quick Friendly Scrimmage screen, and from there you'll be able to select a team that has Insta-Scrims turned on and challenge them to an Insta-Scrim. Insta-Scrim challenges are automatically accepted when sent, so once you send it through, you're done.

PM support, I guess. I've been scheduling insta-scrims with teams since last season, even though I block other teams from insta-scrimming me.
