I am not sure if there are boundaries in GLB, if there are I haven't noticed them. I think if they aren't in the game currently, boundaries should be put in. and maybe in the VA with clutch, using boundaries should be put in to consideration. if you're a clutch player, in a 21-20 game and losing with 10 seconds left, if you're a clutch receiver, you'd make the catch and get out of bounds to let the kicker kick his field goal. and furthermore, if there are boundaries, there would be a lesser chance of fumbling, so any ball stripping SAs would be a little bit more relevant, and any carrying SAs would, although a small amount, more irrelevant.

There are boundaries.

Problem is, anytime there's a replay where a dot runs out of bounds, the team owner and/or dot agent starts a RAEG thread somewhere on the forums about how stupid it is that their dot ran out of bounds. So after a while, Bort started tinkering with the code, and now dots very rarely run out of bounds anymore.

ok, so that would explain why I never see it then?

It does happen... it's just very rare. I've seen it happen though... probably about as common as a safety or a 2-point conversion in GLB. Those happen too... just not very often.

in the early years, when most players have little agility, you will see it every few games:

IMO, it should happen much much much much much much more often
imagine a real game where no one went out of bounds the whole game, be crazy unlikely
