i have + 5 catching +1 speed and +speedster tree on my custom, would 36 catching be enuf so i can use all pts to speed?

yup.

very much so dump all equipment into speed IMO

shuld speed and agi still be priority?

Because you have them so close to the first caps...I would say yes.
Maybe pick a ratio you like....3:2 4:1 something along those lines.
I noticed improvement everytime my guys have hit levels in certain skills.
@ 30, 40, 50 & 60.....so I would go that way.
