The current "Goal Line Small" D-formation used to just be called "Goal Line" and was the ONLY Goal Line D-formation available to use. Bort screwed it up when he created it, which is why there's a DT outside of the DE. It was brought to his attention at the time, but he kept putting off fixing it.
Eventually Bort finally decided to fix it, but by that point people were designing plays that worked around that glitch and tried to account for the DT being outside the DE. So, rather than fix the Goal Line formation, Bort simply re-named it to "Goal Line Small" so that people's custom plays wouldn't break, and then created the new "Goal Line" D-formation with all the dots in the right places.
So, it's already been fixed... use "Goal Line" instead of "Goal Line Small."
Just wish we could put who we want there. Just 1 Custom Slot (ODT) in the Goalline Specific Depth Chart would fix this.
