Is it true that sometime in a player's lvl 70s (lvl 74?), he will get a bonus number of Sp based on how many times he boosted up to that point? Can someone explain this or provide a link? I know with a player in the past this happened, sometime before hitting plateau, but can't remember how it worked or if it was just for transitional era players going from one leveling system to another.
