Bugged? I go to add someone to qb1and I click save changes and it hangs and doesn't save it...

Mine is working just fine, might try restarting your browser and see if that does anything

Its chrome mobile edition does that change anything? Also... Isn't here a mass cpu cut option?

Yes....there is a script for mass cpu release.
