I have 30% enhance speed, agility, vision, catching on my speed WR, what do I do with my bonus tokens now? Raise another skill to 30% training, save for AEQ, what is the best option?

He should have hopefully already been doing the multi training since he has already enhanced everything 30%. Save the rest for AE and maybe 10% enhance something you add to multi train later on.
30% on vision was pretty lulzy. For the record, that's excessive. 
Start multi-training those 4 attributes asap.

Probably should be multi-training before you ever spend a BT on training enhancements. Even then most people I know stop at 3 bumps up (or 30%) for their primary... and a handful do that on their other 2 skills as well. Don't know many that enhance more than 3 skills... but I suppose you could. After that, you save BT's like a psycho for AEQ.

No. First thing you should always do on a new dot is unlock that 1st training enhancement. I'd even vouch for the 2nd after your first set of trains.

Then start saving for 2 or 3 pieces of +3 main attribute +% AEQ (whatever you'll be able to afford).

The GLB forum gives you the option to double bold. Simply double up on the bold tags.
