now that we're out of beta, i assume there aren't billions of little changes being made before S32 ends ... seems like there's not much reason for the off season to last past day 42 or 43--once team movements have been processed and signings re-opened.

Then there will be nine or 10 days before Day 1. something that could also be shortened by a two or three days (could have 4 preseason games on days 0&1, -2&-1, -4&-3, -6&-5)

I know people want the extra days of training, but as long as all dots are getting the same its not a big deal, so I suggest GLB seriously consider knocking 4 or more days off the typical seasonal switchover by ending seasons no later than day 46 and starting seasons no further out than day -7. That should be more than enough time for everyone.

-1 from me I take the time off as a breather to allow me to just work a few days on AI's and starting new teams and so on. the break is something some of us actually enjoy. but that is just my opinion.

i'd agree if most teams didn't treat the regular season as their break and only worry about AI when playoff time comes.

that isn't my problem at all friend if they want to do that then that is on them. myself the offseason and pre-season is where my breaks come in.

Still a lot of work involved in a season long process. The break is nice, there is still offseason bug fixing/testing going on. Recruiting is a pain in the ass, chemistry takes huge hits, training....lots of reasons for the offseason length.

What needs to be sped up is the build process. I would cut it in half. It really is only fun watching your dots play when their build is finished.

I like building players. I just wished it did not take so long.

this i can get behind. Simply just for the sake of recruiting. As spread out as the age caps are right now it becomes damn near impossible to field a competitive atmosphere for an entire league when its damn near impossible to find a guy in your age bracket.
