Does the out of position penalty increase or decrease by archetype? Say a blocking TE at WR vs a receiving TE?

Does AEQ face a reduction when the player is out of position?

What about Vas and SAs?

If the penalty affects SAs, does it affect SAs purchased via AEQ differently than those acquired via SPs?

It's purely position-based and it's only a penalty to attributes.
